Both yoga and life coaching assist individuals in connecting with their body, mind, and soul. They both work on developing strength, flexibility, and balance of the body and mind, which allows an individual to conduct their life with mindfulness and clarity. This then helps them to be more focused and present with the people and events in their lives and facilitates a more natural flow and ease in living.
