As your Life Coach / Yoga Instructor, I will:
- Assist you in connecting with the values that you want to guide your life.
- Challenge you to become aware of your habits, assumptions, and beliefs, and determine whether they promote your well-being.
- Provide a safe place for you to explore your thoughts about how you would like to live your life.
- Teach you yoga as a tool to enhance strength, flexibility, & balance of the mind, body, & soul.
- Brainstorm possibilities with you and identify the barriers that stand in your way.
- Help you establish achievable actions steps that will keep you moving toward a better life.
- Support you in finding the courage to take the next step.
- Assist you in finding a healthy life balance that allows you to live with vitality, focus, and purpose.
- Celebrate your success.
- Help you create the life you want.
What I expect from you:
- Commitment to the process of changing your life.
- Accountability in terms of participating in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly coaching/yoga sessions and completing agreed upon action steps in between sessions to keep you moving toward the life you want.
- That you will cancel appointments 24 hours in advance.
- You will pay for your coaching session on or prior to the appointment.
