Life Tapestry Yoga
As a Life Coach & Iyengar Yoga Instructor, I have a holistic approach to working with challenging life issues. I facilitate positive change that empowers my clients to find balance and create a way to live their life with integrity through their core beliefs and values. Both yoga and life coaching assist individuals in connecting with their body, mind, and soul. They both work on developing strength, flexibility, and balance of the body and mind, which allows an individual to conduct their life with mindfulness and clarity. This then helps them to be more focused and present with the people and events in their lives and facilitates a more natural flow and ease in living.
“If you feel lost, disappointed, hesitant, or weak, return to yourself, to who you are, here and now and when you get there, you will discover yourself, like a lotus flower in full bloom, even in a muddy pond, beautiful and strong.”
Masaru Emoto, Secret Life of Water
